Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective date: June 1, 2026

If you are a California resident — or a resident of another state with similar rights — you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, and to limit the use of your sensitive personal information.

What “sale” and “sharing” mean here

Because we are a lead-generation business, we share the information you submit with Sponsors and marketing partners so they can contact you about the products you requested. Under California law, that activity, and certain advertising-related data sharing, may be considered a “sale” or “share” of personal information.

How to opt out

You can opt out in any of these ways:

• Submit the request form on this page (name, email, phone, and state).
• Email us at privacy@rpmleader.com with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject line.
• Call us at 866-476-3098 (TTY 711).
• Use a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — we treat a recognized GPC signal from your browser as an opt-out request for that browser and device, where required.

Limit the use of sensitive personal information

You may also ask us to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, such as health-related or Medicare eligibility details, to what is necessary to provide the services you requested. Use the same form or contact methods above.

Processing your request

We act on opt-out and limit-use requests as soon as feasibly possible and within the time the law requires (generally within 15 business days for opt-out requests). For deletion, access, or correction requests, we may need to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent with proper authorization.

Please note: opting out does not cancel a request you already submitted asking an agent or insurer to contact you. To stop those contacts, reply STOP to texts, unsubscribe from emails, or tell the caller you wish to be removed.

No discrimination

We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
